To receive your degree, you must complete听33 credit hours of听Radiologic and Imaging Sciences major courses and听the University Core 39, as well as听an allied health professions program recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).听If you鈥檙e a registered radiologic technologist听or someone who has already completed an allied health program听recognized by ARRT, you may be able to receive听up to 51 semester hours of block credit.听听
In addition to what is listed above, all students in this program will be able to select an area of specialty, including Clinical Education, Radiology Management, MRI and CT. These specialties will help prepare you for working in a variety of locations such as hospitals, clinics, physician's offices, and more.
