What isÌýLiving a Healthy Life?

Living a Healthy LifeÌýis an evidence-based, chronic disease self-management workshop for people who have one or more chronic conditions or give care to those with chronic conditions. A chronic condition is defined as any ongoing health problem or disease such as diabetes, heart disease, respiratory disease,Ìýarthritis, depression, PTSD, back pain, or other long-term problems.Ìý

The program was developed by Stanford researchers and there is strong evidence that participation in these workshops can improve physical and psychosocial outcomes for individuals living with chronic health conditions.ÌýThe program is led by two trainers and no identifiable health information is recorded.
