• The Key Concepts & Thinking Principles of Lean Six Sigma
• The DMAIC Six Sigma Process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)

A Lean Six Sigma project simulation will be included in this high-level overview, so participants will see how to apply the five principles of Lean into an actual project. Participants will each receive a pocket-size paperback version of "The Six Sigma Memory Jogger II" and a binder of information that is presented during the two days.

In Depth 3-4 Days:
We also offer an in-depth Lean Six Sigma program that can be taught over 3 or 4 days and听customized to meet the needs of your company or organization. We encourage the organization to have an actual problem/project to work on during this program.
